At Dukan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Ship the Item
Attach the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
